BOFA receives Chiptronics accolade for ‘Excellent Support’

BOFA has received an award recognising excellent support from its Malaysian distributor Chiptronics, one of the company’s longest-established overseas partners.

Chiptronics distributes electronics equipment, tools and machinery, and over the last 20 years has developed a relationship with BOFA for the supply of fume extraction technology for hand soldering, for grinding and milling processes and for laser units used in, for example, the marking of PCBs.

To celebrate its 30^th anniversary, Chiptronics held a Technical Symposium and Conference in Penang, inviting over 300 customers and suppliers. At the event, BOFA was one of just five recipients of special awards given by the company to suppliers for excellent service and support over the years.

Business Development Manager, David Thompson was privileged to attend the event and accept the award on behalf of BOFA, commenting:

“To receive an award recognising the quality of our service is always something to take pride in – and doubly so when presented by one of our longest established customers. I was delighted to accept the award on behalf of the whole BOFA team, who work so hard to deliver the highest levels of support to all our customers.”
