Our production team ensures precise assembly of each product and prepares all relevant documentation for testing.

Mechanical inspection checks are conducted to ensure the product’s form and fit meet the required quality standards, including verifying that all physical safety features are properly installed. Additionally, some customer-specific products undergo further physical checks based on the customer’s requirements. Results are recorded on the product test checklist.

Safety testing is conducted according to the product test checklist and safety requirements. The results are recorded and stored, confirming that the product is safe for setup.

Next, the product is equipped with the correct firmware and programming, transforming it from a collection of assembled components into a functional system.

The setup and revision details are documented as they are loaded onto the system, with all tasks performed and verified by the test technician. These results are recorded on the product test checklist.

The system is now ready for functional testing and calibration.

The system requires calibration to ensure it is operating accurately and within its required specifications.

The test engineer calibrates the system according to the product test checklist, with settings varying between product types. Each system’s calibration settings are meticulously set, checked, and recorded.

Once the system is calibrated, the other features can be tested.

Functionality testing varies depending on the system, but all features are tested and recorded on the system test checklist. This process often utilizes specific test harnesses or jigs designed to simulate real-world applications of the unit.

Results are recorded on the product test checklist. With functionality confirmed, the system is now ready for the final stage of the SureCHECK process.

Once the system has undergone testing and the results have been documented, it receives our seal of approval with a SureCHECK label.

The product is ready to be packed and shipped. The packing process includes a thorough inspection for any physical marks or blemishes. This attention to detail ensures that the product is shipped in pristine condition, upholding the highest quality standards from testing through to delivery.
